Curriculum vitae détaillé in french : pdf (mars 2008)
I obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Vienna in 1988 and joined in 1989 the Verso database team at INRIA-Rocquencourt (France) where I prepared a Ph.D degree in Computer Science. From 1994 to 2004 I was assistant professor at the Vertigo team, Cedric-CNAM, Paris and scientific collaborator at INRIA. In 2004 I obtained a professorship at the Université de Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris 6) and joined the database research team of the LIP6 laboratory. My main research experience and scientific expertise covers XML-based data integration, semantic web technologies and service-oriented data management. My research activities have been supported by several European and French National research grants. I'm currently involved in the development of the WebContent platform for building semantic web application and in charge of the ROSES project about advanced web feed aggregation services.
